The device quietly tracks your sleep cycles — light, deep, REM — plus movements, breathing rate, HRV, and nighttime heart rate. This builds a personal “sleep fingerprint” to understand your natural rhythm.
You’ll see when your stress levels are elevated (via HRV drops or increased nighttime heart rate), and the app will give suggestions — maybe meditation, breathing exercises, or earlier sleep time. Sleep quality scores show how restorative your sleep was.
Improved sleep consistency, fewer wake-ups at night, better recovery during sleep. Stress becomes easier to manage as you learn patterns (e.g. which type of exercise or lifestyle habits raise your stress), and overall energy and mood improve during the day.
