Please note that our policy requires valid reasons for returns or exchanges within a 14-day period. You may request a return and refund within 14 calendar days if you have a valid reason for returning a product purchased from jcvital.com. Valid reasons include:

  • The product is received with defects or damage.
  • The delivered color does not match your chosen selection.
  • The product significantly deviates from the order description.

If the product is received in its original, unopened, and unused condition but you wish to exchange it for a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return request and placing a new order. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Paid shipping, handling, and tax fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to defects, damages, or non-conformity, supported by photos and descriptions in the return request.

Dealing with a Damaged Product Upon Delivery

In some cases, the product may incur physical damage due to rough handling by the courier. If this happens, please take the following steps:

  • If possible, raise a complaint directly with the courier before signing for the delivery. They will guide you through the complaint procedure.
  • After signing for the delivery, take photos of the damage and contact the local office of the courier company to file a complaint. Compensation may be available according to their policy.
  • Contact our customer service team promptly with your order number and detailed description, along with photos of the damaged product. We will liaise with the courier company. If compensation is received from the courier, it will be refunded to you.

Return Policy for Ring Without Original Packaging


We advise using the original or an adequate package to ensure the returned product is well-protected.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for damage, contamination, wear, or missing parts. If any issues are identified, we may assess the product's reduced value and deduct it from the refund amount.


Returning or Exchanging JCVital Without the Original Order Number

Unfortunately, we cannot process your request for a return or exchange if you cannot provide the original order number.

To locate your order number, you can log in to your My Account or search for the order confirmation email sent when you purchased or received JCVital as a gift. If you are still unable to find it, please contact our team at support@jcvital.com and provide them with the email address used to place the order, the current ring model and size, and any other relevant details.

Please note: If the ring was a gift, the email address used to place the order may belong to the person who purchased it on your behalf. Additionally, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellation of Paid Order

You can cancel a paid order before it is packaged and prepared for shipping. To do so, contact our customer service team using the provided details. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will promptly initiate your refund.

Partial refunds may apply if:

Upon inspecting the returned product, we find any damage, contamination, wear, or missing parts not declared in your return request. We may deduct the diminished value from the full refund.

If bundled products or gifts were included in your purchase from jcvital.com , they should be returned in full to receive a complete refund. If not, proportional compensation may be required or deducted from your refund.


Please note: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping, handling charges, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to product defect, damage, or nonconformity, with supporting photos and descriptions provided in your return request.

For returns under "JCVital’s Refund Policy," refunds are initiated immediately upon receiving the returned product. The refund will be processed through the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will only be processed via the original payment method used. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account.

Missing Refund Transaction

JCVital Warranty Terms and Coverage

  • All original parts of the new product are warranted for one year from the delivery date. Claims under this warranty must be directed to JCVital with proof of purchase. The warranty is applicable to original owners and is transferable to subsequent owners. JCVital will rectify, replace, or refund products affected by defects in our craftsmanship.

The warranty excludes:

  • Improper or negligent use, operation, or alteration.
  • Failure to follow product maintenance instructions (e.g., lack of care).
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Rechargeable batteries, which degrade over time and are not covered for replacement under our standard warranty policy.
  • Damages or defects resulting from accidents.


Missing Package Procedure


If your package shows as delivered but has not been received, please follow these steps:

  • Check with your neighbors to see if they received it on your behalf.
  • Use your tracking number to inquire with the courier company.
  • Provide us with any supporting photos or documents to help resolve the issue.
