Week 1:Baseline Stress & Emotional Pattern

Wearing the device, it measures HRV, nighttime heart rate variation, sleep disturbances, and stress triggers. You’ll get an initial snapshot of stress levels and emotional health.

The app suggests breathing exercises, short meditation sessions, or changes in schedule if certain days show high stress or low recovery. Alerts might suggest “take 10 minutes to unwind,” “pause before bed,” etc.

Reduced baseline stress, improved ability to manage pressure (work or life), deeper rest at night, feeling more emotionally stable, more focus, better mood, fewer irritability episodes.
