Once you start wearing the JCVital wearable, it begins collecting core data — resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), your activity levels, and sleep quality. Without any screen interruptions, the device captures clean signals during workouts and rest.

You will begin to see personalized metrics in the app, such as your daily strain, recovery score after workouts, and areas where you may be overtraining. The AI coach delivers suggestions like “take rest day,” “light active recovery,” or “increase intensity,” based on how your body is doing.
